Lagoon!

We went to Lagoon and the kids had so much fun!  Being 39 weeks pregnant I sat around quite a bit, thank goodness for all the family to help with the kids and get them on and off rides.  The kids love all the kiddie rides and then Hannah and Rob took off for a while with G&G and Annie and Summer to do the BIG rides, which Hannah loves!  We did the train a few times, Wyatt loved it!  Maddy and Wyatt enjoyed some of the in between rides too like Bombora.  It is so fun to see how excited the kids get, they had such a great time!

Hannah-2nd Grade

 Hannah was excited for school, until we went to Back to School night and it became real.  She had a rough first morning, she cried and didn't want to stay.  When I went back around noon and dropped off Megan I checked on her and she was fine, her teacher said it didn't take very long for her to calm down and start participating.  The next morning Rob dropped her off out front and she went in no problem and loves her teacher Mrs. Fox.

Megan-Kindergarten

 Megan was so excited to start kindergarten.  She loves her teacher Mrs. Miller and she ran right into class and loves that her friend Grace is in her class from preschool last year.

She has sensitive eyes like Hannah, she didn't like the pictures outside. 

My cute little Maddy started preschool this year.  She goes to Little Fireflies Preschool and her teacher is Mrs. Kristie.  She was so brave and went right in and put her backpack in her cubby and started on the activity.  She goes Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  I can't believe she is in preschool already, what a cutie!   Wyatt was so cute too, we dropped her off and he said, "Bye Nanny!"  He was pretty excited to have some time with just mommy!

Summer Fun

 This was actually July 28, we got Rob to go with us to 7 peaks on a Saturday and it actually wasn't too busy.

 We finally got the tube out one trip to the lake and the kids loved it.  Even Wyatt took a ride in it.

 Maddy fell asleep in the cubby under the steering wheel on the boat.

We went to the movie in the park that the city does, this week was Toy Story 3.  We went one other time and on that occasion our friend's little girl Chloe broke her arm and they had to take her to the Emergency Room.  We were all so paranoid this time someone else was going to get hurt!

The Rest of July

 Summer and Hannah had a sleepover one night and I woke up to the house decorated for my baby shower.  I thought it was pretty creative to use the crepe paper to spell things out.  I still didn't get any presents though. :)

 The girls all got a haircut, we cut off quite a bit of hair that day and they (and me) are all loving the new short hair!

 I made this car seat cover from a tutorial on Pinterest and with a lot of help from Lynsey.  I love how it turned out and can't wait to use it!

 We had the annual Clayton swim party and it was a lot of fun.  Miss Hannah doesn't even wear a life jacket now even in the deep end and jumps fearlessly from the diving board and swims to the edge.  She is getting so grown up.  I love the picture of Duncan and Wyatt, Wyatt thinks he is a pretty cool dude!

Popsicles on the 24th of July

All sticky from his popsicle, it was so hot they couldn't eat them fast enough.

 The 24th of July was pretty, um, boring?  But that's okay.  Rob was home and that is always nice and we did get some KFC and go to the park where the kids raced and raced their scooters until they were so hot and sweaty.  We also took a stroll down by the creek trying to figure out what these beaver looking animals were and saw two dead sheep...exciting for the kids!  Then we did some pops and sparklers and Daryl set off a few big fireworks.

On July 25, Megan started Kindergarten Jumpstart at Reagan, she is loving it!

On July 26, Mark and Kathy had a birthday party for Grandma Clayton at their house and it was so fun, but I didn't take one picture. Bummer!

I had my 35 week midwife appointment on July 27, only 5 more weeks to go!  The baby is head down and I was measuring right on at 35 cm.  Everything is looking good...I can't believe how close we are to holding our new little girl!
