Hadley is 9 Months old!

Hadley is growing so fast.  She is now pulling herself to standing on furniture or my legs or whatever she can.  She started saying Mama shortly after she turned 9 months and also waves hello and bye and sounds like she says yum and hi.  She also likes to play peek-a-boo, she'll pull a blanket up over her face and then pull it down when I saw boo!  She also started clapping her hands this month.  She loves to be around people, especially when she should be sleeping and wants daddy to sit in her room with her while she's going to bed.  She is sure a daddy's girl and when he gets home from work she lunges for him and gives him so much love.  She loves to dance and Rob will turn music on his phone and hand it to her and she shakes it and shakes her head and whole body to the music!  She usually dances so hard she almost falls over.  It is so cute!  She just had her well check on June 21 and she weighed 19.75 pounds and her height is 28.8 inches.  She is 70% for weight and 80% for height.  Quite often I get comments on her chunky thighs, people just love them, and so do I.  She gets very pinchy and starts waving her arms around smacking whoever is near when she is tired so it is best to get her to bed when she is ready.  She also pinches a lot when she nurses, and just the other day I was telling her no and trying to use my stern voice, and she laughed at me!  This one may be trouble!  She has started to want to climb stairs and can climb one or two successfully, but has also fallen down the same number.  Her naps are still inconsistent, mostly short, but occasionally really long, but she gets dragged around so much I can't really blame her.  She can do really long stretches at night, but lately she has been spending a lot of time in my bed because her top two teeth are coming and she is restless at night, and to be honest I just want to be laying down and not in her room in the chair.  Hopefully those teeth come soon and she'll start sleeping better again.  She is getting hard to take most places because she just wants to crawl around and that isn't easy at other people's homes or out and about where the ground is dirty, but being home is so nice because she loves to explore and play with her sisters and brother and I can get some stuff done, like updating my blog. :)  We just love you Hadley!
