Monday December 23-Making Ornaments

On Monday we made salt dough ornaments.  I didn't get any pictures of us cutting them out, I forgot.  But we used some old ornaments that were Grandma's from a long time ago.  We also stopped to see the horses and helped Aunt Paula feed them.  That afternoon we went and picked up Courtney and Bryce at the airport and then went to dinner at Aubelos.  Uncle Jerry was planning on paying for everyone but we asked for our check separate so they gave it to us.  Aunt Paula and Uncle Jerry were so mad!  They kept trying to get me to pass down our check, but they were already feeding us so much we just felt bad so we paid for our own dinner.  On the way home they stopped and got like 6 or 7 things of ice cream from Braums for dessert for later.  

We painted the ornaments when we got home from dinner.  Every night was a late night, well at least what we were used to.  We usually didn't leave Aunt Paula's house until 10 or so.  Hadley wore out quickly and had her binky almost all the time while we were there.  Even though she napped everyday she still was so tired and grumpy!  I felt bad they didn't get to see much of her fun and happy self.
